Hypnotherapy

"We have an amazing mind potential; together, with communication, we can use it."

Hypnotherapy is a safe and relaxing way to work with the mind and body to promote a feeling of profound relaxation. It is about deliberately tapping into the body's natural mechanisms for change and using them for positive advantage.

Every symptom is known to have a cause, with Hypnotherapy many of these causes can be traced, and thus eradicated.

Symptoms include:

  • Anxiety
  • Compulsive disorders
  • Eating disorders
  • Eczema
  • Fear of Flying
  • Impotence
  • Insomnia
  • Lack of Confidence
  • Nightmares
  • Panic attacks
  • Phobias
  • Skin disorders
  • Smoking
  • Stress and related difficulties
  • Stuttering
  • Tension
  • Travel sickness or fear
  • … The list is endless.

Contrary to the images portrayed by Stage Hypnotism, during Hypnotherapy you remain consciously aware throughout the session, and cannot be forced to do or say anything against your wishes.

All sessions are recorded at your request and a friend or family member will always be welcome to observe. All clients are also taught self hypnosis and self visualisation as a matter of course.

Curative, Analytical, and Suggestive Hypnotherapies are all available, and sessions typically last just over one hour, although the first session begins with a detailed consultation with the therapist to discuss the areas in consideration so please allow around 90 minutes.

If you have any further questions, please do give me a call at your convenience on 0845 458 1977
