How did the method of Transforming Stress develop?
Over a number of years living and working in a number classic 'stressful
environments', and developed in part from the methods of Transforming
Tension developed for the workplace by Karuna Kress. Utilising the
many years of experience teaching and training in this filed, Transforming
Stress in a one to one approach to working with each unique individual,
in situations where a full group program of Transforming Tension
may not be suitable. Thus I help you to look at your life from a
new perceptive, realise the conditionings that have effected your
life, take a holistic view to areas that already cause stress, and
methods you already use to relieve this stress, and then offer a
number of new and additional practical tools you may then have at
your disposal for use when and where you wish.
Who provides the Transforming Stress approach:
Jason Parlour a qualified hypnotherapist, mechanical engineer,
holistic practitioner and listener. He is the founding Director
of Parlour Therapies, a division of Parlour Limited. He is also
the provider of the tailor made Transforming Stress approach, and
has already used these methods on university students across the
UK, senior managers, company directors of multimillion pound businesses,
team leaders, PAs, the self employed, and a number of additional
individuals from a wide ranging background.
After an initial consultation to discuss how we may work together,
mapping out our goals and aims, the first session runs for around
two hours, providing you with a number of solutions and tools to
immediately utilise this approach.
A secondary follow up session is then arranged from two weeks of
this date, providing you with an opportunity to discuss your choice
of the methods already utilised, and modify other techniques where
necessary to suit your style and persona.
A resource manual is also provided, giving you on paper; a reminder
of the tools necessary to be successful, record your own experiences,
and provide you with further information on these and links to other
related subjects.
Who is the training for:
This training is for anyone who would like to look begin to look
at their lives from a new perspective, decrease the tension and
causes of stress in their lives, learn to find a place of rest within
which can be brought out anywhere and at any time. This approach
is also ideal for individuals who may not find the Transforming
Tension group program possible due to other commitments, as well
as to any individuals who would like to improve the quality of their
health and well-being.
